Sales registration and follow-up
Archie offers various options to support the sales and after-sales departments. The available features include Proposals, Activities, Prognoses and Reports. The system keeps tabs on sales opportunities at each relation and provides clear information on the status. What has been proposed? Who is responsible? Who are the influencers and deciders, if any? Who are the competitors and what is the current sales status?
All appointments, history (meeting reports), and phone and visit appointments are registered around the proposal. The outstanding proposals and activities can be retrieved at the press of a button.
