This module allows your service personnel to chart issues and complaints, communicate with colleagues about them, and control the complaints handling process as well as analyze its quality.

In addition, the module provides insight into which questions are being handled by whom, how long they have been pending, and who has asked the question. When a new problem is entered, an overview of all similar questions and problems from the past is displayed, together with the relevant solutions.
