It was no longer possible to edit an Activity.
It is now possible to use the Time Registration module. If you do not see the Time Registration tab straight away, you may have to enable it using the menu button (with three dots, to the right of the tabs bar). The overview displays the most important information; editing a line will reveal the remaining data. The mobile version does not allow the user to edit lines and will only show the most important information.
MPM-lines created in the Designer are now also used in the Portal version. (Whether a field is compulsory, or may only contain a specific value, can be defined in the line in question.)
Adding an Activity from a Planner Portal resulted in an error message.
Important information for the system administrator!
This version of the Portal requires IIS version 7 or higher. IIS6 is no longer supported. IIS6 is a component of Windows server 2003, which is no longer supported by Microsoft (please click here for more information).
The Postcode database module can be used. The functionality of this module is only available when saving a new Organization record. Changes to an existing Organization will not invoke an address check.
The Portal now takes the "Name/Address Only" option of the Protect+ module into account. When linking an Organization to an Activity, the user can choose any Organization. However, the Activity can only be saved if an Organization with the correct B-group is selected. If the correct B-Group is present, the message "Invalid code" is displayed. Adding a new Organization is possible from a record with the correct B-group, or when, after searching for a nonexistent Organization, the Portal offers the opportunity to add a new Organization.
If the Archie client has been set to add a new Activity after the archiving of an existing Activity, this will now also work in the Mobile version of the Portal.
The Planner has been updated and now supports "temporary" appointments.
The planner (full) now allows you to drag a period of several days; this will create an Activity for each selected day. If you have entered the Initials of more than one person, a so-called "Group appointment" is made for each day. Before saving the new Activities, you can determine which lines are to be saved by (un)checking them in an overview.
On iOS devices, a different word processor is used to enter History/Notes. This word processor does not support bold/italic/underscore formatting. The previous word processor has been replaced because the text could disappear below the keyboard.
Deleting a Contact Person from all Organizations it was linked to, incorrectly removed the person only from the active Organization.
The Mobile version did not take "Private" appointments into account.
Some Activity Type icons failed to display.
Inserting a picture in a "picture file name" Multi Purpose field could cause the program to "hang".
The Initials set for Planner/Activities were no longer retained after e.g. consulting an Organization record.
After deleting an Organization, adding a new Activity in the Planner could lead to an error message.
Deleting a Contact Person linked to more than one Organization only deleted the person from the active Organization record.
Inserting a "picture file name" on a Contacts Multi Purpose tab could result in an error message.
