Succesful CRM implementation

In addition to thorough preparation and the involvement of staff and management, first-rate guidance from Archie Europe is also required for a successful implementation of the CRM vision and the Archie software. It is important that the implementation be carried out step-by-step according to the implementation plan. This applies to large projects and, to a certain extent, also to small scale implementations.

Implementation process
Each implementation starts with a kick-off during which the planning and the delivery date are discussed. The implementation is tailored to the specific situation of the organization. The total duration is therefore dependent on the organization and the scope of the project.

The Operational Coach and the Software Integration Engineer from Archie have an important role during the implementation. They will assist you and ensure that you will be able to use the Archie software independently of its supplier.

Implementation plan
It is important for a successful implementation of Archie within your organization that it is carried out step-by-step according to the phases illustrated below. This applies to larger, as well as smaller projects. For each project the requirements and wishes are listed and the steps needed for a successful implementation are determined.

Initiative Phase

During this phase the project is kicked off by the Operational Coach from Archie Europe, in which the outline for the project is drawn up. The project organization, planning, aims and desired results of the implementation are discussed with you and entered into the project plan. The desired date for realising the implementation is determined.

Definition Phase

In this phase the Operational Coach from Archie Europe carries out a further investigation of the results/aims you have formulated as indicated in the project plan. The investigation is carried out by means of a number of questions for each result specified.

Your project team will provide the necessary information regarding data necessary to develop a prototype of Archie and will prepare every meeting so that desires and requirements are expressed as clearly as possible at the start of each inventory round.

In order to guarantee that the installation of Archie runs smoothly, a technical inventory and inspection of the existing infrastructure will also be carried out. This will be carried out by the Software Integration Engineer from Archie Europe.

Design phase

In response to the results specified, the Operational Coach from Archie Europe will put together a prototype of Archie based on one or more comprehensive inventories of desires and requirements, which will be clearly reflected in its design. The prototype will then be presented to your project team, and amended if necessary on the basis of feedback.

Preparation Phase

During this phase the preparation for the installation of the final version of Archie is carried out. The files to be linked/imported are investigated based on the Archie setup that has been decided upon. The import is prepared and tested. Those responsible for the import/linking operation within your organization ensure that the files are delivered in an import format that Archie can accept.

The future users of Archie will be trained in the use of the software within your organization. The provision of this information will be prepared and carried out in consultation with the Operational Coach from Archie Europe.

Realisation Phase

The installation of Archie is carried out according to the procedure agreed upon with you.

A training programme is drawn up in consultation with you. The future Archie users will be briefed on Archie’s functionality and the way in which the software will support their daily operations.
