Archie Functional Management

Archie is a dynamic source of information, where you can centrally store all business relation data. The value of your Archie file depends on the information as entered and updated. But how can you ascertain the quality and usability of the data? And how can you update the data quickly and easily?

Archie may have a different look for each user, functionalities may be available or absent, and a workflow may or may not present itself. This depends on the user’s settings as stored under their password, the user profile to which they are linked, and finally the settings made by the individual user.

The training includes the following subjects:

  • The quality of the Archie database
  • Improving the contents of the business relations file
  • Making optimal use of Tables
  • Personal settings
  • Attuning functionality to the user

You will also gain insight into the structure and interdependency of the various user settings.

Knowledge level

The training is suitable for key users of Archie with a good basic knowledge of Archie. Knowledge of actions such as entering, looking up and changing information on organizations/contact persons, history, notes, K- and B-groups, and queries is presumed.

Training morning session: 9.30 – 12.30
Training afternoon session: 13.30 – 16.30


The investment for the training is € 175 (excluding VAT/BTW) for the first participant. The registration fee for the second and subsequent participants from the same organization is € 100 a person.

If you are also taking the Archie Lists training on the same day, instead of paying € 350 for both sessions you only pay € 275. A second person and any other subsequent participants from the same organization pay only € 175 when registering for the same training sessions.
