Proposal Management (Sales)
The Sales module allows you to create proposals, orders and invoices. It shows exactly what has been offered, what the sales chances are, who the stakeholders are, and what the current sales status is. You simply register everything that’s been agreed (terms and conditions, discounts). All other activities regarding the proposal-order workflow are supported. Examples are: an accompanying letter with proposal variables, sending a confirmation, and maintaining the article file. In addition, the Sales module allows you to create analyses, view prognoses and draw up reports.
Proposals, accompanying documents with proposal variables, management of commercial descriptions of articles or services, compound articles, importing articles from order administration, terms and conditions, discounts, forecasting, orders, confirmations, invoicing, references, sales history, and statistical analysis per product, product type, sales person, group, market segment, customer and competitor.
