There are various approaches to monitor the use and functioning of Archie. The system log in the System Administration component allows you to see exactly when important changes have taken place. Examples are: the deletion of organizations, or the dispatch of e-mailings.
System administrators have access to various log files, which can e.g. be checked when a user has Internet connection problems or when a module cannot contact an Exchange server.
In the AMEE management system, the Archie control from the clients, you can view in real time who is connected with the database, and from where. Here you can also find an extensive log of the used SQL statements.
