Customization (Multi Purpose)
The Multi Purpose module allows the user to create data-entry windows with entry fields that are linked with Organizations, Contact Persons or Objects. It is intended for the storage and retrieval of specific or confidential data.
Create windows containing up to 999 fields each. The available fields include general, numerical, date, and memo fields. The user can create tables to be used to fill the various fields at data-entry time. In addition, combo boxes, group boxes and images may be inserted.
Once entered, the information is available in reports, labels, letters (mail merge), queries and statistical analyses. Each data-entry window can be assigned to a target group, making it invisible unless the target group is linked with the organization or contact person in question. Each window is protected against access by unauthorized users.
