E-invoicing
With Archie CRM, you can easily create e-invoices (which aren’t simple PDF invoices). These are drawn up according to UBL (Universal Business Language), i.e. in a standard XML format. All data are structured according to a fixed location and have a defined meaning.
As a result, these invoices can automatically be processed by other accounting or invoicing software. Benefits for users include:
