With Archie's CRM software, you have the option to create “Custom Fields”. This opens up many possibilities to further adapt Archie according to your own wishes and insights, with ease and without the need for custom software development. With this MPM (Multi-Purpose Module), a database can be developed behind the organization and contact persons and filled with company-specific information.
The MPM can be used, for example, to create a template for an inspection report, which can then be used by inspectors in the field. Eliminating the need to work with forms that have to be sent or delivered to the office, this input can take place via tablet or laptop. Manually entering text or copying from a word processor or email message is thus a thing of the past.
Comprehensive reporting on customer visits
After visiting a customer, a sales person can input a visit report right from their car, before even driving out of the parking lot. This can be done in the history and is usually sufficient for standard customer reporting. But what if more information is required?
Using the Custom Fields feature, you can create fields with a choice between fixed and default values or options to be ticked. This enables quick entry of the necessary information, which can then be used by, for example, the internal sales department, which can prepare a proposal on the basis of extensive reporting.
When it's time to garner new customers via “cold calling”, the MPM module can be used to create a telephone script. Using fixed questions, the Custom Fields can serve as a guide for the telephone conversation, and the information is immediately recorded.
Specific business information
Suppose there's a need for a clear overview of, e.g., the lease cars being used by employees, or that you need to keep track of company laptops, smartphones, and other devices; the MPM module offers a solution. This also applies to personal details such as education or hobbies. With Custom Fields, all this information ends up in the cards.
Not all information is intended for everyone's eyes. With the MPM module, it is possible to protect sensitive company information on a per-relation basis, so that it can only be accessed by employees who possess the correct privileges.
Short codes, reports, and correspondence
By means of short codes, it is possible to use the information stored in the MPM module in order to create reports or incorporate it in correspondence or emails. This allows you to send highly personalized e-mailings, making use of the extra information that is stored within contact persons and organizations.
