Advanced administration after fast implementation
The technical installation of Archie is, in principle, simple, since the CRM software only has to be installed on your server. Your system administrator then has access to his own part of the software for configuring the user rights, as well as for maintaining data and index files and the field sales environment. The special sales application deals with many problems itself. The administrator automatically receives an e-mail when something is wrong.
The system administrator is the appointed contact person for the Archie Support department. He/she is also called upon if a connection must be made between the CRM software and other systems or databases and when file maintenance must take place. Updates are made available via the Internet. A full update of Archie takes no more than 15 minutes.
Archie guarantees optimal mobility thanks to special field licenses. It gives sales employees the full functionality of Archie and they have offline access to the same relation data as the head office.
MS Office integration is available as standard in Archie. Data transfer is possible with handheld PDAs and the MS Outlook and Groupwise e-mail applications. It is also possible to have a connection with your telephone switchboard. Special Connection Packs make it possible to have a safe connection with your financial system, the information on your Internet site or the data of database suppliers.
