This module links the Archie activities with those in MS-Outlook, via MS-Exchange. This gives users of both Archie and MS-Outlook insight into all ongoing activities, tells them to which relations the activities belong, and lets them easily synchronize with smartphones and tablets. Remarks and appointment reports entered via activities are also made visible in MS-Outlook and Archie automatically.

Functionality

Activities from Archie are made available in MS-Outlook as calendar appointments. Conversely, activities and appointments entered into MS-Outlook are integrated with the Archie activities.
Appointment information from Archie (user, date, location, time and duration, Organization and Contact Person) is sent to MS-Outlook (via MS-Exchange).
It is also possible to exchange information with MS-Exchange users whose computer is not running Archie.
