Extending MS-Outlook with Archie functionality

The Archie Mail Plus module embeds itself into MS-Outlook. This will give Outlook access to the Archie database. You can keep using your trusted Outlook for your e-mail, enhanced with useful features to integrate your e-mail and relationship management.

E-mailings

E-mail sent by you is automatically archived with the correct Organizations and Contact Persons in Archie. Sending e-mailings simply uses an Archie target group, always addressing the correct persons. In addition to the Outlook contacts list, Archie's entire e-mail address book is made available to you.

Archie Mail and Outlook Mail

If you want to use Archie Mail instead of Outlook, while your colleagues are working with Outlook, the only thing you have to do is to enter an own external e-mail address. Archie will take care of a problem-free exchange between the two e-mail systems.

It is now also possible to create very large e-mailings without sending all messages in bulk, greatly reducing the risk of being labeled a spammer by your hosting company.
