CVO CRM
The Customer Value Optimizer (CVO) offered in Archie CRM has been designed around the theory that on average 20% of customers account for 80% of turnover, while 80-90% of the turnover is generated by existing customers. The CVO allows this to be easily identified, allowing e.g. the marketing budget to be suitably tailored to fit.

The CVO is constructed in such a way that the customers can be viewed and selected within the framework of a pyramid consisting of the segments XL, L, M and S. With the aid of the totals table you thus gain an insight into the total turnover achieved per segment. You are also able to compare time periods with one another, thus allowing you to detect an increase or drop in turnover. This table also allows you to see whether the number of customers is increasing or decreasing.

Pyramid on Reference Date
This graph shows what the actual situation is on the settlement date. Which customers are new in a segment of the pyramid and which customers have disappeared? An increase or decrease in average customer value is also displayed.

The movement in the pyramid is easily tracked by means of a migration matrix. Who are the climbers and who is dropping back? Which small customers (S) are spending more and are perhaps moving on to be M customers and which of the top draw customers (XL) are spending less and falling back into the L sector?
The CVO ensures you have a clear view of your customers and you can immediately respond to changes in their status. This can allow your marketing budget to be apportioned more appropriately allowing you to pay more attention to the right customers and thus maximize their value.

Latest Archie SQL version
A new version of Archie SQL is available. The most important new features are:
- Attention Monitor (world first)
The Attention Monitor is a new CRM technology for monitoring customer attention. A single view shows all the contact moments with a group of customers that have occurred during a given period.
- Social Media integration for Contact Persons
The Social Media connectivity has been updated. Archie's customer relations information is used to integrate social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. The various networks can be viewed and updated from Archie.
- Notification of changes to important documents
The Notifications functionality is another new feature introduced with the SQL update. You can use this tool to track documents and spreadsheets after inclusion in Archie. You will be kept up-to-date regarding any changes.
- Geomapping using selection criteria
Geomapping allows you to geographically map contacts to help plan appointments and marketing campaigns. Selection criteria have also been added here.
- Support for large e-mailings
It is now possible to create very large e-mailings without sending all messages in bulk, avoiding the risk of being labeled a spammer. The Outlook Mail Plus module allows a better e-mail distribution.
- Optimized for iPad, iPhone, BlackBerry, etc.
The web version of Archie has been optimized for e.g. the iPad, the iPhone and the Blackberry.

Archie Attention Monitor
Lack of attention leads to loss of customers. Keeping track of which representatives from your company were last in contact with a client, and when, is a time-consuming process. And a lack of attention can often go unnoticed. This is a real-world problem when implementing CRM.

In order to obviate this problem, Archie Europe demonstrated the Attention Monitor to its clients in Lisbon. The Attention Monitor is a new CRM technology designed to reduce customer turnover. The tool reveals at a glance all the contact that has occurred with a group of customers within a specific period.
Clear insights into all contact moments
A detailed and intuitive overview of all previous contact is displayed, providing a convenient synopsis showing which colleague has contacted a customer, including the manner in which the contact took place (e.g. telephone call, e-mail, meeting at a trade show) and the subjects discussed. All contact details on file for a group of customers are fully transparent for anyone with permission to view it.
If there has been no contact, too little or indeed too much, you can evaluate how long this has been the case, and whether or not it reflects the turnover generated by the customer. The ability to see whether information on the client is being updated, improves social control among colleagues. This leads to more accurate information in the database, increasing its overall value to the company.
Customer information available to everyone
The Attention Monitor is also useful if an employee leaves the company; there is no need to dig through the database to see which customers they were involved with. The Monitor will provide a meticulous overview of all previous contact sessions, allowing the new staff member to rapidly get up to speed.
Customer management
