Tilcentrum surveys a complex market with Archie

Tilcentrum is a consultancy service that focuses on easing the burden of physical disabilities and a supplier of lifting solutions. The largest market that Tilcentrum currently serves is home care. This is a complex market with many different parties involved: the individual needing e.g. a stairlift, the local authority, the dealers supplying the products, consultants and finally Tilcentrum itself.

In order to see the bigger picture and to streamline all information exchanges Tilcentrum makes use of Archie; this applies equally to exchange of (sales) data and reports for calls made by the sales/advisors in the field, drawing up mailing lists, links to the back office or generating management analyses. Director Paul van Scheppingen says: "Archie helps us to focus our energies in the most efficient way possible".
