The longer we work with Archie, the more the system delivers

Smit & Dorlas has been experiencing tremendous growth in recent years. The reason? The knowledge about customers has been given to Archie instead of relying on our staff for this. "The longer Smit & Dorlas works with Archie, the more the system seems to deliver. Initially all they had to do was set it up", De Laat recalls. "But after three or so years it suddenly began to make us a lot of money. Our turnover has doubled and our profits are rising faster than ever."
