Organizations
- Archie2theWorld has been updated and is now also available from the Browser tab in Archie. Internet pages can now be called up from the organization record. Here you can find examples of the features of Archie2theWorld.
- The Organization, Contact Person, Planner, and Analysis icons have been arranged more conveniently.
- Geomap has been extended with an overview of Organizations by area. Organizations from each area can now be selected.
- Geomaps for Luxemburg and Spain have been added.
- Contact Persons now have a new tab for Social Media. This provides insight into all connections with e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
- A picture grabber has been added. This enables the user to make screenshots and store them directly in Archie. This comes in especially handy when you need to copy images from web pages.
- Archie Europe introduces the Attention Monitor. You can find more information on this unique CRM-invention here.
- Notifications keep you informed of all recent changes to the documents and spreadsheets you want to follow.
- The street map now has a route icon allowing you to directly access the route menu.
- You can selectively indicate who will be displayed in the birthday calendar. The overview by B- and K-groups will now be retained.
- Correspondence now allows you to answer or forward a stored e-mail message.
- The MFCP has a thumbnail view of video and image files.
- Contact Person e-mail now has a hint screen. This displays the M-groups linked with the contact person. A small green button in front of the e-mail address indicates that the address has links.
- Attachments now allows the user to indicate a sort.
- International forms of address have been added.
- Filter also has a new feature; selection by B-group. This puts the user directly in the selected B-group and lets them browse through the group in the Organization window.
- An organization's contact persons are crossed out when they are no longer active.
- Concern Branch now allows the user to create a selection using Relationships.
- The selected start tab is retained, even after navigation between organizations.
- The name/address details now also have an activity notification.
- The Contact Filter now has a Print option.
- Contact persons that are no longer active are grayed out, and no longer appear in the M-groups. People who are no longer employed are removed from the M-groups.
- The R19, NACE, Bel/SBI, 2008/Isic v4 tables are displayed using a well-organized tree structure.
- The SBI 2008 table is new.
- The most recently accessed Contact Filter is now retained.
- The tab opened by clicking on Organization Connections contains two new columns; Initials and Created.
- The contact menu (right mouse-click) has a new option allowing the user to directly add an M-group.

- Exclusively linking an e-mail address to an organization record will gray it out in other organization records to which it is linked.
Activities
- A Geomap is available in Activities and the Planner.
- The map now has a Geomap icon. This allows a quick insight into which staff members are closest to the appointment location and makes for efficient planning.

- In Activities the + - option has been added next to the date. This allows quick browsing through the activities.
- A number of activities can be archived or deleted in one go. This option is available in the general activities overview.
- Group appointments with several people now allow you to get an overview for the entire group, in addition to one for the appointment's owner. This is visible in the Planner.
- The Planner now allows you to indicate whether you only want to see the appointments of the active organization record.
- Entering an appointment that falls in the past will result in a warning message.
- The Contact Filter's export to Excel has been extended with the home address.
Campaigns
- Campaigns can now be subdivided into groups.
- The response per campaign has been expanded. You can now enter response codes of three characters.
- In Tables you can now convert response into a different code.
- The statistical response analysis is now dynamic, and depends on the number of responses you have added. Up to 16 columns can be printed out; the remainder can only be exported to Excel.
- Non-response has been improved.
- In Campaigns you can select by contact person and organization.
Tables
- Tables now has additional icons for activities.
Statistics
- Statistical analyses by Multi-Purpose are now displayed using a tree structure. The selection of multi-purpose variables for statistical analysis has been made more convenient.
- "Isn't working here anymore" is excluded in database analyses of organizations.
General
- New context menu options available on right-clicking the mouse.
- Planner, Statistical Analysis and Organizations have been newly arranged.
- The filter control on the tabs has been moved.
Sales
- The sales lines now also have a delivery date.
- Six new spare fields can be accessed directly from the Sales module.
Reports
- Before printing the Sales History detail band, you can enter the user initials and the period.
BOCP
- Attachment lines can now be imported. You can now also import the information displayed on the Attachments tab.
- When importing colors, you can use the Z option to clear the colors.
- When importing an e-mail address, up to 5 M-groups can be imported.
- The Settings of an Import Definition for organizations now allow the option "Running number" to be selected under Search Code. If sufficient space is available, the BOCP will add a running number to the compound search code. If all numbers have been used, question marks are imported.
- Importing by B- and K-Groups, User-defined fields and Relationship has been accelerated.
Protect
- A user's Protect tab now allows the "Show users with the same B-groups" option to be checked. This will limit database overviews where Initials can be selected to include only those users whose Protect B-groups are exactly the same as those of the user who is displaying the overview.
- Import of fields, spare fields and MPM-fields can be made mandatory. When import is mandatory, the record cannot be saved as long as the import remains undefined.
MPM
- Clicking the right mouse button near the MPM icon in an active organization record will order the MPM overview alphabetically.
OMP
- A contact person can now be added from Outlook via the OMP.
- When sending out a large e-mailing, you can now indicate whether blocks of e-mail messages will be interspersed with pauses. Some providers do not accept bulk e-mail; this option bypasses the problem.
- On restarting an interrupted e-mailing, you will be shown which part of the mailing has already been sent.
- When sending an e-mail message, you can now choose the mailbox to which you want to link it.
- E-mail messages can be linked to an existing helpdesk problem.
- The e-mailing is logged in a file. This is visible in the administration section.
- Clicking on the Helpdesk icon in the e-mail message will open the corresponding helpdesk problem in Archie.
Helpdesk
- Pressing F6 in the organization record will display the general helpdesk problems.
- You can search by character string in the memo field (not available if linked to an Oracle or Firebird database).
- The helpdesk filter will let you choose between the problem's owner or the person who has reported it (reporter).
- The software will indicate for how long a help desk problem has remained unanswered after being reported.
- The organization record now contains red and green icons. These indicate whether there are pending helpdesk problems.
- In Tables you can now indicate helpdesk problem types.
- Helpdesk problems now contain the "Type" field. When entering a problem to which a Type is linked, the Type field will be filled out automatically.
- In Reports the new helpdesk detail band has been added. This allows you to process the helpdesk data in reports.
- A Helpdesk problem report contains the "Type" field. When entering a problem to which a Type is linked, the Type field will be filled out automatically.
- Once a solution has been provided, it is possible to plan an appointment for a follow-up call. This allows the user to indicate whether the customer needs to be contacted later, for instance to check if the solution was satisfactory.
- Linking via the OMP and Correspondence using the helpdesk number. This is even possible for existing correspondence.
- Calls can be created via the OMP, including attachments.
- The OMP allows you to link an e-mail message with a helpdesk ticket. This is done automatically, but it is now possible to link the message to a different problem.
- An e-mail message can be sent directly from the helpdesk problem. This can e.g. be a confirmation indicating that the report has been received and is being handled.
- Helpdesk Statistics contain two new tabs: Solutions and Process Time.
- Helpdesk problems can now be printed. They can be included in a report using the Helpdesk detail band.
Partner Management
- Provided leads now carry a hint. In the Lead Processing overview you will see a hint when you left-click on a lead with the mouse.
- The Lead Processing overview now includes the Campaign and Amount columns.
Admin
- The e-mailing is logged in a file.
- Settings for, among others, the Helpdesk and SBI have been added. You can enter the helpdesk number and indicate whether specific fields need to be filled in Helpdesk. In Headings, a number of new headings have been added in field .
- MFCP has a new option: Create copy in Archie. Enabling this option leaves the users no other possibilities when linking an attachment.
- The MPM checkbox has been extended with a pop-up option.
- The MPM designer has a new option. Under the data components for organization information you can now choose the spare fields in the "show" property.
Web
- Searching has been made simpler and clearer.
- Under Blackberry, Sales can be enabled or disabled.
- The portal for Blackberry and iPhone has been made clearer and more convenient.
- A planner with the Archie look and feel has been added.
Cloud
- Option to access Archie over the Internet.
